Designation: Account Manager
Reports to: “Sales Director“
General Summary: We are looking for a candidate who has experience dealing with end-users preferably within the Education or Government industry in the UAE.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in UAE dealing with Large enterprise customers, Government entities, and System Integrators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clearly demonstrate a history of successfully working towards and achieving targets
- Be able to build and cement strong working relationships.
- Work closely with Large enterprise customers, Government entities, and System Integrators based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the rest of the Emirates
- Have a good understanding of buying trends and make relevant forecasts/predictions.
- Identify any issues affecting customers and handle them promptly and appropriately.
- Negotiate the deals and maintain key customer contacts at senior levels.
- Ensure established relationships are in place and highly functional with key customers.
- Building an Enterprise, SMB, System Integrators
- Providing transparency regarding forecasting, closing deals, and follow-ups
- Consistently achieving targets set out by the business.
