The HR Executive position at Newcom requires excellent organizational and administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
An HR Executive is expected to be a conceptual thinker with great time management skills.
Should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
In the role, you will be expected to contribute to the following responsibilities within the HR team
Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with the HR Manager and hiring manager to understand the requirement
Post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Check fitment to the role and company culture
Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling shortlisted candidates for interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Onboarding and Induction
Coordinate the entire Onboarding process (document collection, checking on attestation, cancellation document, and employee emergency form)
Payroll Processing
Download the attendance report and submit it for payroll
Coordinate for Saturday worked or overtime if any
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance data like absences and leaves
Visa and Labor
Connect with typing center for employee visa renewals, new visa applications, visa cancelation, and MOHRE quota Applications.
Follow up with Finance team for making payments to Typing center
Medical insurance
Inform the medical insurance team about adding or deleting the employees Negotiating yearly renewals
Keeping a track of credit notes and adjusting them against payment
HR Operations
Entering and updating master data with all employee information
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
Issuing salary-related letters for employees (payslips, salary certificates, letters for the bank)
Assist during performance management procedures and appraisals
Produce and submit reports ad-hoc reports as required
Employee Engagement
Maintaining the calendar for public holidays in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait
Event Coordination (Birthdays, Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
Exit
Complete paperwork for exit interviews (handover forms)
Handle Cancellation of labor
Process Full and Final Settlements
