Responsibilities include:-
Maintain the stock & sell out report -Customer wise / brand wise / SKU wise.
Maintain billing sheet & delivery notes.
Follow up with the RMA department for the RMA products
Update the file of SKU’s in offer – Sell in & Sell out.
Maintain the file of promoter for the Target vs Achievement
Coordination with product, finance and logistics team on, Blocking, Invoicing, Stock transfer, delivery of the products and follow up with the customer for the payments.
Respond to the customer promptly on inquiry with the pricing and stock availability
Thoroughly Check for customer limits, stocks blocking and Invoicing
Follow up with Finance department for Credit approval of customers, order processing, or any order on hold (checking with finance and taking confirmations accordingly regarding price or due to limit issues)
Coordination with product, finance and logistics team on, Blocking, Invoicing, Stock transfer, delivery of the products and follow up with the customer for the outstanding & payments.
Update the customer database in the system, Current outstanding etc
Online/ E-tail
Strategies and execute the sale of product on various e-commerce platform like Amazon noon and other marketplace
Own the day to day activities of the e-commerce platform and all online sales efforts.
Responsible for meeting online sales plans and tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with ecommerce partners and manage partners/client expectations.
Manage site development and launch activities for all e-commerce account including product descriptions, images, assets, banners, brand images and other attributes.
Liaise with marketing, sales and operation teams to manage the customer experience through online brand image, content, product assortment, navigation, promotions, and information architecture for optimal site performance and functionality.
Follow up on payments with customers, get correct details of payment according to invoice.
Forecast online campaign growth and ROI for online campaign.
Coordinate and execute company website and retailer e-commerce initiative and promotional campaigns, both domestically and internationally.
