Role :- Account Manager – Retail for UAE location .
As a member of the Retail Team, the Account Manager will be responsible to oversee the daily operations and coordinate with all our power retailers .
In conjunction with the Sales identify and expand opportunities to improve brand visibility across all products.
You will have to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Please Note: The role involves but is not restricted to:-
- Manage launch plans and ideas for new product launches.
- Develop compelling retail strategies to drive outstanding consumer in-store experience.
- Assist in various Retail activities division across all stores in the region.
- Conceptualizing, negotiating, and implementation of display at all stores
- Execute monthly/yearly promotions across retail aligned with Sales Target.
- Train merchandisers by defining working processes & initiating new methods of approach.
- Aggressive follow up to collect outstanding payment on time
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
- Regular Retail store visit, -ensure stocks availability, proper display, pricing.
- Product Competition analysis.
- Coordination between Retailer and RMA Team.
- Customer wise Stocks reconciliation.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers.
